At Mars Cleaning Crew, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we require at least 2 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 2 hours notice will result in no refund.
• If you cancel with at least 2 hours notice, you are eligible for a full refund or to reschedule at no extra cost.
